This is the beta public version of the Last Meter® Value Index, published and maintained by BASE2 Data + Design, based in Stockholm and San Francisco.
The Last Meter® Value Index is a measure of current and potential service integration in a property or group of properties. Higher index value means services work better for users, owners and service providers.
The Index is a composite of public + private data, user-submitted data, data submitted by real estate owners + managers, data submitted by service companies, matched using research and analysis, including machine learning, developed by BASE2. The Index contains no personal or individual data.
The General index is the overall score, out of 5, indicating the overall service integration quality for the building. The Deliveries and Activities numbers indicate more specific scores for delivery services (such as groceries) and activities (such as tech support).
The Associate indices measure aspects of building performance and potential in areas related to service integration.
More information, and the ability to add and edit data, is available to Last Meter platform Members.
